Walmart Supercenter

Ordered a phone they said it it's being delivered... Pay for delivery... Get notifications of times for delivery... All off a sudden it is out of stock. When literally they said it was being delivered. Wilkes-Barre Walmart sucks. Get better management.

Don’t order anything from third-party vendors if a possibility for need to return!! Worst customer service center employees except for Emanuel. Was there on 7/15/26 to make a return I had gone online to process the return but was getting an error message to call the 800 number. I decided to take directly to the store to handle. First employee wanted to be anywhere but at work. Miserable look in her face while smacking gum. The system would not allow her to process the return. Just told me to call the 800 number instead of trying to resolve. I had to ask her for the manager, Jen, who was not helpful either. She attempted to process but was unsuccessful. She also told me to call the 800 number. Both of them saw I was struggling to stand with my cane. There were not any ride-on carts available !! They were not busy and couldn’t be bothered. FINALLY another employee, Emanuel, saw I was distraught trying to call the number and tried to come to my rescue. He personally called the 800 number and was trying to resolve with the representative. There were technical issues with that too. I finally hobbled out of the store with return not processed!

Walmart is a store that no matter how much u dread going there, u just have to. The prices are better than most other places, ow I say that with most things, some things are just the same as the next store. But overall the food is cheaper, u can buy some things in bulk, they have a wider selection, they have everything u could possibly think of and produce is not that bad and they have dragon fruit and mandarians and haas avocados as to where other grocery stores do NOT. They have arts and crafts, they have electronics so for all u ppl that are straight talk buyers which u know is owned by Verizon now, u know u gotta go in there to get ur mins, unless u buy them through the app, which to me I just go in because I've had trouble doing it with the app, they have everything from kitchen home decor, gardening, outside plants or planting, grills, lawn chair furniture and also inside furniture and baby and toddler clothing as well as adult and plus size clothing all sectioned with easy to find signs directing u each way, they have automotive, and fixed upper, stuff for your house, paint, brushes, all kinds of tools and they also have a sportsman area for those that like to hunt small ga

I avoid this place like the plague, and I was reminded why today. It’s always extremely busy, long lines at every checkout. Was turned away at the “15 items or less” checkout, for this cart. Yes it’s over 15 items, it was the only checkout without a crazy line. You get harassed at the door every time you walk out for anything not in a bag, even if it’s a bottle of water. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Parking lot is trashed. Terrible.

Why does this store's women's bathroom have 2 stalls without door locks? Walmart is a multi billion dollar company, you can spring for a handyman to fix the latch so we don't have to hols the door with one hand while we hover over the dirty toilets.
